By using Manasik, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Manasik only for lawful purposes related to Hajj, Umrah, and religious education. Any misuse, including spamming scholars or fake Mutawef requests, will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Religious Guidance Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, the AI-generated guidance and Fatwa responses are for educational purposes. Always consult with the available live scholars for complex personal rulings. Manasik is a tool to assist, not replace, authoritative religious verdicts.
3. Location Services
The app relies on GPS services. We are not liable for inaccuracies in location data due to signal interference in crowded areas (e.g., inside the Haram).
4. Mutawef Services
Manasik acts as a platform to connect pilgrims with guides. We verify guides but are not responsible for their individual conduct beyond our platform's scope.
5. Liability Limitation
Manasik is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
